Warranties for Orthopedic Powered Surgical Instruments
- *Pneumatic Powered Equipment: Six Months Parts and Labor for most Equipment unless otherwise stated.
- *Electric Powered Equipment: 90 Days Parts and Labor for most Equipment unless otherwise stated.
- *Battery Powered Equipment: 90 Days Parts and Labor, Batteries 30 Days Parts and Labor unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping not included in Warranty, but we try and work with our Customers.
Other Repair Information:
- *Loaner Equipment loaned as available. We cannot always guarantee a Loaner Unit is available. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
- *Please call for a RMA Number prior to sending any Equipment to us for Repair Evaluation.
- *In most cases we do not charge a fee for a Repair Evaluation. Customer is responsible for any Shipping Charges, Taxes, and Duties.
- *In some cases we will offer a Repair Upgrade / Exchange, and may offer to purchase Customer un-repaired, or declined repair Equipment.
